I know, it’s been while. I never promised I’d post these regularly. In fact, I promised that I wouldn’t. As unpredictable as life with a toddler and a baby is, I can at least predict that I won’t be predictable!

The next What I Believe post is a subject that hits close to home with me: The Over-Medicating of Our Children. It will be posted this coming Thursday.

So that’s a good six days to prepare your own What I Believe post.

What do you feel strongly about? Here’s your chance to verbalize your beliefs, and to stretch your mind as you read about others’ beliefs.

Drawing a blank? Here are some ideas to get you started: Why do you go to church? Why don’t you? How do you raise your children? Why? Do you spank? Why not? Are you Republican? Why? Do you want a woman for president? (Doesn’t have to be Hilary). Why or why not?

I’m making the rules up as I go here, and so far, I just have this one:

  1. Family friendly. That includes language.

So here’s what you do:

  1. You write your post.
  2. You leave a comment on my What I Believe (WIB) post this Friday (not just any WIB post). You leave a link to your WIB post (not your blog in general. Right-clicking on either the time-stamp or the title of the post and selecting “copy link location” will give you the link) on your comment.
  3. Also leave a nice little blurb about what your WIB post is about.
  4. You link back to me in your WIB post so that your readers can enjoy the plethera of responses I’m bound to receive.
  5. Oh, and go ahead and use my brilliantly designed scrolly icon on your post as well. It will make it seem so much more official. Right click on it, select “copy image location”, go to your post, insert image by URL, and paste that URL right then and there.
