Have you had any success at resolving this issue? I really like many of the other features of this diaper and really want to love it! I have the same issue with the gap at the leg-hole. I have tried so many different sizing combinations and cannot get rid of the gap either. Because of the gap the diapers leak when my DD takes a nap. Her onesie is alway soaked. I thought it was the detergent at first but have tried many kinds and have striped the diapers and still have this problem. I really wanted to like theses diapers, but we only use them during the day at home when I can change her often and never at night or during a nap. Then again, I've only used the diaper a few times on my baby. So you're not the only one with this issue! Due to this, I may instead get more Bumgenius one-sizes that so far have been a trim fit. The only worry I have with them is the velcro that at least in the older versions got horrible. I do wonder how you will like this diaper when Levi gets bigger.
