I'm looking for your homemade laundry detergent but can't find it. They make web pages too difficult. Please help me with your recipe for the laundry detergent or where do I go to find it.
thank you

I love and agree with your point of view.

I've been using a naturopathic remedy for cankers and cold sore, with great success ove the past year. I'd love to see a review, by you, on this product.

It's called The Canker Spanker and you can find it at www.thecankerspanker.com

Hello! I have a weird question. I have read quite a bit about attachment parenting. My husband and I have chosen not to spank as our means of discipline because we believe there are more effective means to correcting behavior. However, we have not been that great about consistency and sometimes I fear that we are not responding at all when they disobey and then sometimes we respond with anger and I ( much more often than my gentle husband) sadly, I respond with hurtful, frustrated words. And then I feel terrible. Generally we do time outs, standing in the corner or taking away a privilege. What method of discipline do you guys use? What do you do when you are in a store and your telling your two year old not to take his sisters toy and he keeps doing it and won't give it back. Today, I yanked it out of his hand and felt like a two year old myself! Just curious as to how you discipline and what works for you. I just want a system that does not involve spanking but is effective and one we can consistently apply. We are planning to homeschool and I know I need to establish order before we are in full force. But I also don't want then to hate me! Thanks! ps our kids are 4 and 2.

Hello there! I recently came across your blog and just couldn't get over how similar we are. I have 3 kids 4 years old and under. My husband is currently a part-time student only to fend off student loans, but hopes to get his doctorate one day. I cloth diaper, love breastfeeding/attachment parenting, etc. I look forward to reading more posts!

Hello there,
I am unsure if I'm emailing the right person. I think.... you gave me your card at our show on the weekend but I have a 3 year old. That's my excuse for everything that I lose. It's gone and now I'm searching for you and your site. Let me know if this is you and I'll send you a package. I should have given you one at that show... if this is the same person. It may not be in which case... Hi. I'm from The Monkey Bunch, a great rock band for kids that is about teaching kids to save the planet. How are you? Good. Bye?

Hi there,
I've been enjoying reading your blog lately, I’ve already forwarded several of your posts about cloth diapering/wipes (and others) onto a friend of mine who’s seven months pregnant. As a young, married, woman I also have an interest in natural childbirth and am considering many options. I managed to meet author, yoga instructor, and birthing assistant Rose St. John through work and she turned me onto her book Fathers At Birth, aimed specifically at giving fathers-to-be the tools, techniques and knowledge they need to best support the mother during childbirth.
I know there are other books out there for fathers but I think this one really has it all with its combination of yoga, breathing and birthing simulation exercises, nitty-gritty info on every step of the birthing process as well as the deeply spiritual and emotional sides of being the attendant father. I've gotten a lot out of it and have gotten my husband interested too.
Rose has asked me to help spread the word about her book and I really think you might enjoy reading it and possibly posting a review about it on your blog. If you think you'd like to review Fathers At Birth, please let me know and I can send you a free copy and some further details. The book just recently came out and got a great review from Cathy Parisi, founder of Waterbirth International, and Barbara Harper, author of Gentle Birth Choices, who called it “the best doula book ever written”.
Thank you for your consideration and I hope to hear back from you,
Best regards and good luck on your journey of motherhood,
Lydia B.

Greetings!
Let's face it: times are tight and reasonable price tags rare. And in our massed-produced world, moms want products for their children that they haven't seen on every other kid in the neighborhood.

I am a young graphic artist who designs unbearably cute soft-sole leather baby shoes at shamelessly low prices. I am looking for blogs and websites to partner with in my exciting business venture!

Bugaloo (that's my business) has a few different marketing ideas I invite you to look over:

Reviews/Giveaways: I'd love for you to sample a free pair of my shoes, and give your professional opinion on them on your blog or website. Also, giveaways of my shoes on your blog or website are a great option.

Affiliate Program: This is a simple, but effective way for you to make money on each sale that you refer to me. Putting up my banners or text links can bring you revenue. (http://www.bugalookids.com/affiliate_info.asp)

Check out my website at www.bugalookids.com, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me!

Affordably yours,
Heidi Wells

Hello!
Thanks for the tips. You should check out Daisy Blue Naturals. It has truly natural products, you can read the ingredients on line--no chemicals EVER.

The best thing about the products is that they can be used for more than one thing...so it's very economical. For example, use the baby oil for diaper rash and for moisturizing skin. Lip balm as cuticle balm. Sleep Easy spray for relaxing and calming you at night and as a bug spray!

I know you probably get many businesses writing in promoting their products. I don't know if you've heard of Daisy Blue but I really believe it's worth checking out...you have many similar likes. Plus...the company was started by a mom who just made products for her family and it developed into a business.

Anyway, check it out. It doesn't hurt to learn more :)
If you have any comments or questions I'd be interested in hearing them!
You can check out my blog on natural products and news at www.myspace.com/puggyo.

Thanks!
