Craft Day: Bean Bags from Scraps

While I was rummaging through my craft box, I saw I had kept the triangles I had cut out while making Olivia’s crown.

I started playing with them, to see how easy it would be to make a little quilt out of them.

But before I knew it, I had these sitting in front of me:

Which is perfect, because Josh is making a catapult for Christmas.  Ammunition!

Gosh, I’m glad I never throw anything away!

  1. Way to use what you have! Those are great. Hopefully B doesn’t mind that his ammunition is pink!

I made 4 pink, and I plan on making 4 more blue. The pink will be Olivia’s. I don’t know if Josh is up to making two catapults… but I figure it’s only fair, right? :-D Either way, they’ll appreciate having their own bean bags at least. Maybe they’ll learn to juggle! :-)
