I live in Alaska! To make things worse, last winter was tough with temperatures lower and for longer than in years past. I haven't parented through a winter yet, and it's making me really nervous this year! I hate dead cars, perpetually slick roads and sidewalks, stuffy air inside, and the dark all the time! Oh, well. God blessed us with a superbly beautiful summer and fall and will give me grace to get through another winter one day at a time. And Clara is my sunshine. We will survive! I SO understand.
