So, I believe we left off on July 20th (picture-wise).  So here are pics from there on.

Benjamin on his first carousel ride.

The crew on a helicopter.

Now I understand the fear of sending your baby off in a scary, big, yellow bus…

…That went hundreds of feet up into the air.

(I stink at estimation.)

Olivia got right back in line to do it again.

Here is Levi on July 22. He is one month, two days old. He (obviously) was bored, so Olivia put her TAG book and reader in there and pressed play for him.

Family portrait!

Great-Aunt Martha and Fam came on July 24th. (Isn’t he starting to look HUGE already? At only four weeks!!)

Great-Uncle Roger made him appear a tad smaller though.

Olivia has learned how to make funny faces for the camera. She went from running from the camera to being forced to smile at the camera to hamming it up for the camera. At least she’s not asking for her “cwose-up” like a certain Aunt Sassa was at her age… 🙂

More Olivia silliness.

And more.

And more.

Look, she even got second cousins Emily and Mallory in on it.

Mallory holding Levi. And Levi actually wasn’t crying! 😉

Emily holding a sleeping Levi.

Utilizing the van potty. (As mentioned in this post.)

Scary Mallory…

Aunt Martha and Uncle Roger came bearing gifts – two toy cars from the movie Cars. They were pretty obscure characters, only seen either right before or after the credits. But don’t you worry – Benjamin knew just who they were and LOVED them. Still does, when he can find them!

Now for some artsy-fartsy shots.

So, this summer, our city had various people decorate plaster dogs and then displayed them all around town. But then the college students thought it would be fun to steal said plaster dogs. So now there are all these cement slabs laying randomly around town.

Olivia remembered the dogs and re-enacted this one for you:

Aww.

Running circles around The Daddy.

Running off into the sunset.

1-2-3 JUMP! with G-U-R and G-A-M.

More dog re-enactments, only with more creative liberties taken.

And we ended our day with a traditional Benjamin Toss.

Methinks that’s enough pictures for one post. And we’re still only on July 24th. Sigh. Maybe I’ll be on top of things this week and post another picture post on Wednesday.
