I've invited the whole family round this xmas for a big dinner, so the roast is pretty important! I found a ton of recipes at this roast recipe site, but cant seem to decide on anyone - there's too many to choose from! It's fun planning such a big christmas meal though!

I made this for dinner tonight, and it was a big hit. I actually used about 8 pork chops that I had in the freezer from the last pork madness sale, and it still came out wonderful. I bet the leftovers would be good with some green chilies and taco seasoning to use as a taco filling.

This is in the crockpot now and it smells DELICIOUS!! I am drooling just from the smell, so I know that dinner will be a HUGE hit.

And you were right about the size, the smallest I found was 4.43 pounds. Oh, well that will make for good frozen leftovers!!
