What a great title and what a great tip! I use sound effects for lots of things. Now that my girls can blow their noses with assistance, I say “I’ll huff and puff and BLOW!” It works the majority of times!

OK, I have to try this! Scout hates her nose wiped and I end up with it all over my hand, her cheek, my hair (Cause she tries to bury her head when she sees the tissue!) and any other place she can try to hide her face. Now I will try Boing Boing noises while wiping GIRLS noses!

I like that! The catchy title alone made me curious!

We use reverse psychology on our 2y/o. “Don’t blow your nose”. Oh, man… Gets her EVERY time.

Gypsy, any weird noise or goofy expression works around my place. : )
