Split into two orders to maximize my coupon usage (making sure each order was $30 or more).

Coupons:  $5/30, $5/30, $4/20, $4/20, $3/15, $3/15, $2/10, $2/10, $4/20 nutritional bar CRT, $3/10 Soy Joy coupon, $2 L’Oreal coupon x 4, $0.75 Colgate toothpaste, $0.75 Colgate toothbrush, $1 Garnier, B1G1 free Reese Whips ($0.50), $2 off Excedrin (price modified to $1.99), $1 off Johnson and Johnson (price modified to $0.99), $2 off Bayer (price modified to $1.99), B2G1 Free SoyJoy coupon ($1),  $2 off Aquafresh (price modified to $1.99), $1 off Bic, $0.25 off Palmolive, and a $3 CVS coupon that I cannot remember what it was.  It might have been a CRT (a coupon that came at the end of the receipt of a previous order) for SoyJoys.  I used a lot of those.

Total after coupons:   $8.65 (I think I added that right – that’s a LOT of coupons, and I’m kinda tired…)

Paid in ECBs:  8.42

Paid in cash (ECBs don’t cover tax):  1.37

ECBs earned:  $20 for SoyJoy, $1 for Palmolive, $2 for Garnier, $4 for Colgate ($2 each), $1 for Excedrin, $2.99 for CVS toothbrush = $30.99

Mail In Rebate:  $8.99 for Clean Care contact solution

EARNED:  $30.19

Then I got home and realized that I had mistakenly purchased a COLGATE tongue-cleaning toothbrush instead of a second CVS tongue cleaning toothbrush.  I went back on a later date to exchange it and ended up with this:

Reese’s Whips @ 0.50
2 Keebler 6oz boxes of cookies @ 1.00 = 2.00
CVS brand tongue-cleaning toothbrush @ 2.99
Absolutely Divine (CVS brand) chocolate filled wafers… yum @ 2.99 (Was supposed to be 50% off because of current promotion, but didn’t ring up that way.  I didn’t go back and complain.  Skip to the end to see how much I made and you’ll see why I let this one go.)
Cottonelle toilet paper, 20pk @ 9.99
Sambucol 4oz at 12.99
Johnson and Johnson Buddies soap @ 0.99

Total:   $32.45

Coupons:  $5/30, $4/20, $3/15, $2/10, $1 off Johnson and Johnson (price modified to $0.99), $1 off Absolutely Divine cookies CRT, $1 off Cottonelle coupon, $1 off Keebler x2

Total after coupons:  13.46

Paid in ECBs:  $13.00

Paid in cash:  $0.46

(Refund for the Colgate toothbrush:  $4.23)

ECBs earned:  $1 for purchasing 4 Whips (even though it was split over different days!), $2.99 for CVS toothbrush, $10 for Sambucol, $2 for Cottonelle = 15.99

Mail in Rebate for Sambucol:  $12.99

EARNED:  $19.75

EARNED OVER BOTH TRANSACTIONS:  $49.94

THAT’S ALMOST $50, PEOPLE!

Seriously.  It was a good week.

And I got cookies and candy bars.  Which was good.  It was a chocolate-kind-of-a-week.
