		<description>It&#039;s an old concept, but it really brings it home the way you explained it and gave examples! I also have a STONG WILLED 2 year old and getting her to do ANYTHING without a crying fit is tough but the examples you gave might work on her! THANK YOU! :-D</description>

		<description>I use the &quot;Last One&quot; technique with my Baby Dear, 16 months.  Like you said, it&#039;s a much easier transition and she doesn&#039;t fuss over it because she knows that I told her ahead of time.  

She&#039;s alittle young for the warning about finishing up play time and transitioning to nap time, but I&#039;ll definitely have to remember that one for when the time comes.  Right now, I ask her if she&#039;s ready for her nap and she runs to the rocking chair for me to rock her!</description>
