Stole this from my good friend, Jes.

1. Who was your best friend? This boy named Josh… I spent a lot of time with him. Best friend? Well, I moved in the middle, so for the first part, it was Rachel. Second part, it was a lot of people: Josh, Nickey, Melissa R., Wes… Oh, wow, I really can’t remember. Isn’t that a sad indication of how well I stay in touch with these people?!
2. Did you play any sports? Not in the first half, but once I moved to the sticks, I found I could still play sports even if I completely stunk! So… soccer and track (the 1600m and the 3200m relay)
3. What kind of car did you drive? I was licenseless until the very end of my senior year. But I got a lot of rides in a certain Ford Probe!
4. It’s Friday night. Where were you? 603 3rd Ave! 🙂 Watching a movie that my boyfriend got for free from Flicks! (It’s nice to know people in high places!).
5. Were you a party animal? I went to, like… one party. Had a Coke. Went home.
6. Were you considered a flirt? Oh, I’m sure.
7. Were you in the band, orchestra or choir? Me? In band? Not after junior high! But I was in choir. It was easier than any of the other subjects offered.
8. Were you a nerd? Nope. I tended to not care whether I succeeded in life. I had very short-term goals. It’s a good thing I was attracted to the nerd-type who likes to have a vision for the future!
9. Were you ever suspended or expelled? No, but I got in trouble just the same. Mostly for not doing homework. See above.
10. Can you sing the fight song? *Tries to hum it…* Nope. During our senior pep rally, the cheerleaders went around to each class (we were divided in the bleachers by our year) and had a spirit-contest. Every other class tried to out-scream each other with our M-E-N…D-O-T-A chant. Our class sat there in stony silence and stared down those peppy fools with their pom-poms.
11. Who was your favorite teacher? I liked Mr. Gehm’s class. He had a comfy chair.
12. What was your school mascot? Trojans. Yep, we made lots of jokes. Then, I went to college and … it was Trojans again.
13. Did you go to the Prom? Yep. I figured you only get three chances to wear dresses that pretty. So I jumped at all three opportunities: Junior Prom, Senior Prom, and my wedding!
14. If you could go back, would you? Not to relive. I would just want to slap myself and give myself this piece of advice: Would you wake up, please? You are so not the center of the universe.
15. What do you remember most about graduation? Ha! Haha! I don’t think I should say this. Do you remember this song? One of my friends shouted the lyrics at me as I crossed the stage. For no reason. *Innocent look*
16. Where were you on Senior Skip Day? Our school administration was SO UNFAIR about this nationally celebrated high school holiday. Teachers would schedule tests, teacher’s pets would rat out skippers, and the principal threatened heightened disciplinary action. So not many partook. Myself included.
17. Did you have a job your senior year? I was a cashier/stockboy/bagger at the local (and only) grocery store. I also worked at the local vet to walk the dogs after hours.
18. Where did you go most often for lunch? The cafeteria. You mean there was another choice?
19. Have you gained weight since then? I initially lost weight! I had more muscle in high school and have successfully been able to drop that excess weight. Only to gain it back as fat after the babies came.
20. What did you do after graduation? Followed my high school boyfriend to Grace College. Then to Taylor University. Then married him. Then followed him to IUPUI. Then had his child. Then followed him to … the school he is now (ha! I won’t tell you where we live!). And had his second baby. I worked for a couple years – one teaching three-year-olds, and one teaching third grade. Now I am a stay at home mom with aspirations as huge as raising normal children who have clothes to wear and food to eat!
21. What year did you graduate? 2000
22. Who was your Senior Prom Date? The Hottest Guy Alive 😉
23. Are you going/did you go to your 10 year reunion? I might. Depends on whether my graduating class is still big on beer. Hopefully they’ve settled down some and it’ll be a more family-friendly environment.

Wow that was fun! You know you want to play. When you do, leave your link in the comments so I can read yours, too! (What, you think you get to stalk me without consequence?)
